By accessing and using the QuickBooks Invoice Manager application ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Service.
2. Description of Service
QuickBooks Invoice Manager is a business tool that integrates with QuickBooks Online and Wise payment services to help manage invoices and facilitate payment collection. The Service allows users to:
- Create and manage QuickBooks invoices
- Generate Wise payment links for customers
- Send invoice notifications via email
- Track payment status
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your QuickBooks and Wise account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Data and Privacy
Your use of this Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data necessary to provide the Service, including customer information, invoice data, and payment information. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to provide the Service (e.g., QuickBooks, Wise).
5. Third-Party Services
This Service integrates with third-party platforms including QuickBooks Online and Wise. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or content of these third-party services.
6. Payment Processing
Payment processing is handled by Wise. We do not store or process payment card information directly. All payment transactions are subject to Wise's terms and conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain the availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
